The Stage 2 log and the milestone
Write the weekly/stage log: what you built (the Measurement Engine), what you measured (per-dimension error, confidence calibration), what broke (the failure modes you found), and what you verified vs assumed (the validation is the whole point). Then record a short demo walkthrough — photo in, size out, error bars honest. This is the halfway-to-Day-210 artifact; treat it as the interview-and-sales asset it is.
